He is also an International Tax member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) in the UK and holds the CIOT Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). In the legal field, he holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Panth\u00e9on-Assas University (Paris 2 University, France). Additionally, he is a Lawyer and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. In finance, he has been granted practicing certificates by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance, including: Auditor Certificate (VACPA), Tax Agent Practice Certificate, and Customs Agent Practice Certificate.
