With the aim of standardizing the Tax curriculum towards recognition by prestigious professional organizations, as well as creating a forum for policy advocacy and disseminating tax knowledge to the community, the UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (UEH-CELG) is partnering with ACCA Global Vietnam Limited (ACCA Vietnam) to organize the ‘Tax Talent Incubator – Extracurricular ACCA F6 Course’ (free of charge) for Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics students as part of a series of activities in 2024.

About the Tax Talent Incubator – Extracurricular ACCA F6 Course (Free of Charge) for Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics Students:

Time: April 1, 2024 – May 10, 2024

Proposed Location: UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (UEH-CELG), 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City

Proposed Format: In-person combined with online

Expected Participants: 60-80 students from various majors and specializations within UEH

Instructor: Dr. Phan Hoai Nam – Mr. Phan Hoai Nam is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also an International Tax member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) in the UK and holds the CIOT Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). In the legal field, he holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris 2 University, France). Additionally, he is a Lawyer and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. In finance, he has been granted practicing certificates by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance, including: Auditor Certificate (VACPA), Tax Agent Practice Certificate, and Customs Agent Practice Certificate. Regarding practical experience, he has 13 years of experience in tax consulting, holding the position of a Director in the Tax Consulting Department of a Big 4 Audit and Consulting firm
