The School of Public Finance offers four undergraduate programs for Intake 48 and earlier intakes, including:
- Public Finance
- Tax Management
- Taxation in Business
- International Trade and Customs Management
Our training programs are constantly being innovated to align with international academic standards while remaining relevant to the domestic and regional job markets.
The Public Finance program provides an in-depth analysis of the financial activities of government, non-profit organizations, and service providers.
The Tax Management program develops skills in optimizing tax obligations.
The International Trade and Customs Management program equips students with knowledge of customs control and cross-border commodity trade.
Graduates from the School of Public Finance’s majors are able to:
- Immediately apply foundational knowledge in socio-economics, finance-banking, law, and in-depth, modern knowledge in public finance.
- Be a priority for employers in the public and private sectors, multinational corporations, higher education research institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
- Possess modern and up-to-date technological knowledge.
- Have good foreign language skills.
- Demonstrate independent and proactive work thinking, coupled with accountability and the ability to collaborate and lead teams.
Special support provided by the School of Public Finance to students includes:
- 100% internship placement for students.
- Opportunities to participate in real work experience during the Enterprise Semester and topical seminars.
- Many dynamic academic clubs to join: Taxgroup, Apple.
- Facilitation of obtaining international and national professional certifications: ACCA, CPA Australia, Tax Agent.
